St Francis Church, Greater Manchester.

This traditional stained glass panel came in 2 parts and was almost completely obscured in places by years of dirt and lead oxidisation.
It needed a complete overhaul. The bottom half had the most damage, with many broken pieces that needed re-painting or cleaning.

The top half was painstakingly cleaned by hand to remove the grime. It was then re-bordered with new lead and re-sealed.

The lower half was completely dismantled. Broken pieces were
replaced and re-painted using Polish antique glass. Every piece
was cleaned and re-leaded together.

The whole window was then mounted into a new wooden frame, ready for installation.
